As a Digital Freight Match Specialist at RXO, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our carrier partners, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.

In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll tackle challenges head-on, quickly resolving issues while maintaining exceptional service standards.

You'll be a key member of our team, equipped with the resources and support to excel and build a fulfilling career!

What your day-to-day will look like:


* Support the RXO Extra sales team by handling escalations and managing customer relations to ensure high levels of carrier satisfaction.


* Manage carrier relations, overseeing RXO Extra setup and onboarding, and provide positive customer service to our carrier partners.


* Use RXO Connect, our digital freight platform, to efficiently resolve issues and assist end-users.


* Take inbound calls from carriers outside of our portfolio, helping them with questions related to our Carrier Portal and Drive RXO app.


* Actively promote and sell the features and benefits of the Carrier Portal and Drive RXO app to reduce the frequency of repetitive inbound calls.


* Provide direct assistance to our carrier partners, ensuring they have access to and understand all of RXO's additional services.

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


* 1 year of experience providing support to internal and external customers, and/or vendors in the transportation industry


* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications

It’d be great if you also have:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* 2+ years of third-party logistics (3PL) experience


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
