As an Analyst, Systems, you will support the customer process for information systems.
You’ll also develop, test and document application projects, application support and enhancement requests.
You’ll serve as the liaison for Operations and IT while maintaining the relationship and ensuring clear communication/alignment between the teams.
What your day-to-day will look like:
* Support a team of end users with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related end-user hardware
* Ensure proper communication within the implementation team as well as with other members of the business organization
* Actively participate in the identification and analysis of requirements specifications and as-is business process descriptions
* Monitor process modeling, formulate test strategy, prepare and execute the quarterly release go-live in production (jointly with the implementation team)
* Oversee end-user training and basic support after the go-live of implemented solutions; provide Level 1 support
* Serve as a knowledge center/subject matter expert on system and process, including being an instructor, coach and advisor for end-user support
* Translate questions, generate answers and independently search for solutions to existing problems
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent related work or military experience
* 1 year of experience in comprehensive Information Technology in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment
* Proven problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office, WMS and database systems
* Availability to work a flexible work schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
It’d be great if you also have:
* SQL coding knowledge
* Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
* Solid time and project management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize workloads
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
