Senior Supply & Inventory Planner

As Individual contributor:


* Responsible for all aspects of supply chain management, including upstream, downstream, and good coordination with related functions, such as MKT, DC, TRP, PUR, SOA, etc.


* Responsible for team KPI, mainly OTDS, inventory, DIN, UHS, AC2/NOR, etc, to meet target and customer demand and coordinate material availability and inventory/service levels.


* Monitor suppliers including Brand labeling and import suppliers and suppliers management including capability improvement and track ESSR/ISSR, by pulling in/push out, leveraging, GRA allocation, etc.

so as to build up robust upstream competency.


* Minimize freight cost through the proper planning processes.


* Ensure quality and on time delivery of procurement project deliverable

Acting as leader for flow:


* To lead and manage team for daily operation; Build up team competency by 3E model.


* Monitor team project status and could lead trading assigned SPS, Winning Plan, CI, Digital and transformation task.


* Trading export business contact window, cross BU task and collaboration with UFS related.


* To build up high competent team and manage door to door services and achieve target KPIs;


* To build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

Education:


* Bachelor degree or above major in logistic or international trading or economics

Job Related Experience:


* 5~6 years working experience in logistics filed is preferable, team leader experience preferred.

Business Understanding:


* Familiar with global organization matrix and business mode.

Others (e.g.

language skills, technical skills):


* Fluent English in writing and speaking, sufficient knowledge in MS office software, knowledge or experience on SAP is preferable.
