Customer Project Principal Documentation Manager

Mission

As part of project team:

• Manage project Documentation from the start of a project until its completion (final documentation inclusion)

• Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding documentation for the PM & customer.

• Coordinate project documentation deliverables & Manage stakeholders/customer exchanges.

• Being the main support for project documentation matters; including assuring Quality and Respecting lead time.

• Maintain proper information processing within the team.

• Maintain Consistent & accurate reporting on the status of documentation to the PM and TL.

• Check documentation conformance to specification

• Preparing basic KPI

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

Program Documentation:

• Connect the MDR with the schedule in collaboration with Technical Leader and Project Manager.

• Participate in Customer meetings and provide some highlights on the status of the projects' documents (critical, overdue...

etc.)

• Setup periodical meetings with partners / suppliers / Customer in order to ensure the consistency, smooth and timely delivery of project documents.

Global Activities:

• Act as focal point for documentation subject within the region for CAT (A) Projects.

• Define and revisit SE standard rules that shall be applied by any documentation team within region.

• Create and initiate periodical development plans for documentation teams to guarantee a consistent level of quality within SE projects.

• Audit Documentation process of any project and suggest a corrective action if any.

Documentation community of practices

• contribute to development plans of documentation teams & proactively propose actions to ensure teams deliverable meet quality requirements.

• Identify, get, formalize, share and promote lessons learned and best practices;

Qualifications

About You

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Language requirements

• English fluency is a must

• French language is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in managing project documentation

• Experience in Document management systems is a required

• Experience using Aconex is a plus

Skills requirements

• Demonstrated strong excel and computer skills

• Excellent communication skills either offline or online.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a crossfunctional team

• Strong presentation skills

• Time Management; Great capability of time management and adaptation with different processes

• At ease with new integrated digital tools for better work efficiency

• Leadership skills
