Sr. General Manager - Electronics Hardware

* 18+ years experience in HW product development process


* Extensive experience in Hardware product development life cycle in residential, commercial and industrial products.


* Extensive experience in multidisciplinary team management across geographies.


* Hands on experience in product design, hardware design, EMI/EMC, product certifications.


* Demonstrated experience in working with multi disciplinary teams like mechanical, software, firmware etc.


* Demonstrated experience in crisis management during project execution.


* Experience in six sigma tools and project execution process end to end.


* Experience in team handling, appraisals, coaching, mentoring team members.


* Good communication skills
