Solutions Lead

Profile

As Solutions Lead for Industrial Automation Capability Services (IACS), you collaborate with IACS Solutions and Services teams to design and implement talent development journeys and solutions for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the highest quality and customer service.

You also support the Solutions Manager in implementing the IACS portfolio development roadmap.

Performance

You deliver, • solution development programs as per agreed quality, approved budgets, and schedules, • customer satisfaction at a solution and engagement level, • annual progress against mid-term strategic IACS objectives, and • operating efficiency against the program development budget.

Accountabilities

In this role you:
• Curate a portfolio of solutions development programs for IACS stakeholders and customers, working closely with a global team of Designers, Developers, Business Analysts and vendors to design, develop and maintain effective programs.
• Represent the Solutions Team and IACS in needs analysis discussions, communicating new features and benefits to customers, and other stakeholders, and maintaining healthy participation in IA Services communities, including Yammer groups, KM CoPs, R&D meetings etc.
• Define and monitor learning/performance objectives and expected outcomes of solutions and development programs, providing leadership to the team.
• Drive the development process and document best practices for implementing your programs, including do's and don'ts for various roles involved in development and delivery.
• Develop and manage program budgets, audit and evaluate deliverables and roles involved in the solution development to ensure program objectives are achieved with minimum risk and cost.
• Review proactively the design and quality of solutions in scope to improve performance and usability, collaborating with the Services team for delivery readiness and operational analyses.
• Measure, report and improve customer satisfaction for each solution as well as for ongoing development programs (application & content).
• Demonstrate customer intimacy in the form of qualitative and quantitative knowledge of the solution usage, measuring and communicating results & benefits from the solutions delivered, to scale solution impact.
• Provide or facilitate pre-sales support to the IACS Commercial team for external programs.
• Support engagement and professional development of the Solutions team.
