Customer Service Intern (Summer 2025)

Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Customer Service Intern in our Seneca, South Carolina site for Summer 2025.

This on-site position requires the ideal candidate to be located in the general area.

What will you do?


* Maintains accurate and complete documentation of customer communication and action taken.


* Commits to scheduled ship dates to achieve customer needs and balance plant loading.


* Assists in scheduling incoming orders (new and change orders).


* Communicates information to project managers and sales representatives in a timely fashion.


* Assist in maintaining customer request (CR) system and timely feedback to project managers and customers.
