Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

* $4,200 Sign-On Bonus: Paid after 90 days of full-time employment, then prorated over the next 9 months based on meeting certain requirements that will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating


* Monitor and record vital signs and medical information


* Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents


* Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents


* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:


* Current CNA certification


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively in a team environment


* Compassionate and caring attitude
