What You Will Do?

As the GPE expert - Business operations, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement operations by focusing on tools, systems, and supplier management.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of our procurement systems, driving continuous improvement through process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison with master data within the procurement systems (e.g., supplier information, product catalogs)

• Support the rollout of new procurement tools, upgrades, and process improvements.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system functionalities

• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for new procurement tools and functionalities.

• Support the rollout of new tools, upgrades, and system improvements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supplier base.

• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• Address supplier inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for consolidation.

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline the supplier base.

• Maintain and update supplier information and categorization within the systems.

• Develop and maintain reporting templates for supplier performance metrics.

• Manage escalations to the Center of Excellence (COE) for complex system issues.

• Work collaboratively with the COE to ensure effective problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Participate in UAT activities for new procurement system features and upgrades.

• Identify and escalate complex procurement system issues to the Center of Excellence (COE) for resolution.

• Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement in supplier relationships and procurement practices.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any downtime issues.

• Generate and analyze reports on supplier performance, spend analysis, and other key metrics....
