Senior Field Marketing Specialist (EMEA) (m/f/d)

Location: Aachen, Germany

As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist at Abiomed within J&J Medtech, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and solutions within EMEA.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.

Responsibilities:


* Effectively create and disseminate marketing content and messages to field members, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to successfully represent Abiomed's products and therapies.


* Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements and further developments.


* Regularly travel to field locations to empower, support, and inspect field teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate goals and initiatives.


* Participate in all field calls, providing insights and updates on marketing initiatives and field activities.


* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, professional education, training and sales to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the field.


* Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.


* Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform field marketing strategies and drive decision-making.


* Drive implementation of IT tools to drive our messaging for maximum impact (e.g.

Salesforce, Tableau)



* Bachelor's degree; advanced degree highly preferred.


* 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role.


* Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.


* Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work are essential.


* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
