What you will do to contribute to the company's success



* Directs the efforts of assigned staff to achieve FP&A goals; area of focus is typically within a defined business unit or function (e.g., revenue, COGS, Opex, capex, etc.)


* Communicates departmental goals effectively and guides team execution.


* May personally conduct and/or oversee a team who:
+ Provide tools, financial modeling, assessment and evaluation of financial plans,
+ Develop and adhere to reporting standards, including data requirements, for financial projections, modeling, analysis and recommendations.


* Executes the financial planning and coordination of monthly P&L forecasts and the annual budget process, for the assigned functional area.


* Interprets financial data, project financials, variance analyses and key business drivers to identify trends and make recommendations based on risks, opportunities, and expected ROI.


* Works with team members and business partners to ensure understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications


* 7 Years' experience


* BS/BA Degree


* Master's Degree preferred
