The EVP, Multinational (Tower) Leader is responsible for all aspects of Chubb's Multinational business including business strategy, operations, underwriting, and business development for Multinational business in North America.

The Multinational (MN) Leader is responsible for maintaining Chubb's position as the premier provider of Multinational insurance in North America.

The MN Leader will develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's objectives and drive profitable growth for the MN Tower, which includes Commercial Insurance, Major Accounts, Small Commercial, and Westchester.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute the business plan to achieve Chubb North America MN business objectives.


* Develop and execute underwriting strategies and guidelines for the MN Tower, ensuring alignment with the company's overall underwriting objectives.


* Develop and execute business development strategies, ensuring collaboration with other Chubb lines of business and partnership with Chubb Marketing and Communications.


* Ensure close alignment with Chubb Global Services, stay abreast of changing international regulatory and service needs, and facilitate/promote as Chubb market-leading differentiators.


* Lead all segments of the MN team including Home Office, TUM, field leadership, sales, and underwriting teams.

Provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of the MN Tower.


* Evaluate and assess risks associated with multinational accounts, ensuring compliance with established underwriting guidelines and policies.


* Review and approve underwriting decisions for complex multinational accounts, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.


* Collaborate with other business units and departments to ensure alignment of underwriting strategies and processes.

Strong focus on cross-selling.


* Lead team (direct and indirect reports) of approximately 150 employees, ensuring business goals are achieved.


* Identify market trends and developments within the international market segment, promote thought leadership, and develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with key multinational clients and brokers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing solutions to meet their needs.
