Job Summary

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the development of content management solutions to meet the technical vision, strategy, and plan for Enterprise Content Management for all of CITGO business units, aligned with the business needs.

Enterprise Content Management Intern works as a functional and technical analyst on a variety of technology projects and initiatives aligned with high-priority goals.

Primary responsibilities of this position will be to design and develop new applications, forms, reports, workflows leveraging different OpenText products and technologies.

Requires expressed desire and willingness to build both functional and technical knowledge as needed to provide high levels of support to our business units.

The ECM Intern applies analysis and problem-solving skills to the process design effort and the evaluation of technology enabling solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Problem Solving Skills • Interpersonal, Communication Skills • Presentation Skills • Must be at least a second semester sophomore student in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other technical degree.

• GPA of 2.5 or above (A=4.0).

Job Duties



* Analysis - Assist team members and business users to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements.


* Design and development - Develop within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to enable the content management solutions aligned with business needs.

Analysis and design of SAP solutions for imaging, content management, and/or archiving.

Initiate and encourage critical analysis of CITGO technical processes.

Collaborate with industry groups.

detailed knowledge of CITGO processes in specific areas of responsibility including interaction(s) with other business processes


* Planning - Formulate, communicate, and execute less complex project deliverables.


* System Support - With the guidance subject matter experts, assist in investigating production system problems/questions ascertaining root cause and corrective action needed.
