What You Will Do

You will provide sales support for the KAM, working closely with Kenvue and customer departments also in any topics in order to improve cooperation and collaboration, be responsible for local categories and relevant customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the Key Account Manager with all requested tasks

• Builds and develops relationships with key customers with the guidance of direct manager

• Responsible for business policy with key account

• Informs the customer about current and projected stock shortages including an anticipated product availability

• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the sales processes

• Creates, follows up and is responsible for the planning and execution of customer promotion plans

• Reports sales trends, market information, and any other relevant customer information

• Close cooperation with sales and Shopper Marketing department regarding promo activity (promotional plans, exposition, settlements, etc.)

• Close cooperation with customers in any topics in order to improve cooperation and collaboration

• Monitors competitors and market, with understanding customer needs

• Close cooperation with the Shopper marketing department on daily basis (execution, store visibility, sales evaluation etc.)

• Promotional management - promo evaluation

• Preparation of promo offers, listing files in cooperation with superior

• Setting of data both in Kenvue applications (Ages, CIC, CAT, BI, Tableau etc.); and partner's internal applications (SAP Ariba, MyProductCost, Dunnhumby etc.)

• Controlling the status of invoices, make the appropriate settlements, setting up promotional prices in the system, creating budget reserves when needed

What we are looking for:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, most preferably in support/account handling function

• Fast learner and ready to work in fast changing environment

• High level of knowledge of MS Office (Excel...
