Sr. Marketing Manager, Evidence Marketing - Irvine, CA

The Senior Marketing Manager, Evidence Marketing leads Johnson & Johnson MedTech's electrophysiology activities surrounding the marketing strategy and execution of key clinical evidence.

Working closely across functions, this marketing leader will be responsible for the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating the portfolio's scientific evidence.

The Senior Marketing Manager will also provide direction for the execution and improvement of digital channels to amplify these campaigns.

This role balances strategic, creative, and analytical thinking to develop strategies that raise awareness of scientific evidence and positions the business as a leader in the electrophysiology space.

Strategic planning - work closely with Clinical Science and HEMA to map out the key evidence each year to develop project plans and marketing campaigns to raise awareness and understanding

Project management - lead cross-functional team to implement coordinated evidence dissemination and communications activities as a unified program

Storytelling - use storytelling skills to craft engaging campaigns highlighting the story and benefits of the products, supported by evidence to engage customers and build brand loyalty

Analytical - use data to develop claims and analyze campaign performance across channels
Key Responsibilities:


* Collaborate across functions and regions to build alignment by developing messages, claims, resources, and assets that communicate the clinical evidence across multiple channels and with all partners.

Channels include website, newsletters, social media and advertising.


* Provide strategic point of view, franchise/specialty thought leadership and shared findings across Johnson & Johnson.


* Establish a strong relationship with agency partners and creative designers to ensure high-level creative and technical support aligned to evidence strategy and enterprise brand.


* Manage budget.


* Work compliantly and within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals.


* Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.


* Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.


* Responsible for adhering to all legal, regulatory and HCC policies to include: Advamed, Pharma, ACCME etc.


* Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Experience and Skills:


* 8-10 years of related business experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Clinical Sciences, or related field required.

Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) is highly preferred.


* Previous experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or healthcare environment, with consistent track record to learn sophisticated technology and clinical applications is required.
