As our certified nursing assistant, you play a vital role in:


* Aiding with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)


* Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse


* Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record


* Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Job Qualifications and Skills:


* Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located


* Ability to communicate effectively


* Basic computer skills


* Demonstrates patience and empathy
