Hospitality Aide

Richland Place is currently seeking Hospitality Aides to help our Direct Care partners! A hospitality aide is vital to help ensure our residents are happy and assist our partners with caring for the most vulnerable members of our society.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:


* Passing water, linens, and meal trays


* Organizing equipment and changing batteries on lifts


* Helping with other minor tasks around the halls


* Accompanying residents on transportations


* Answering call lights


* Answering the phone


* Other tasks assigned by designated staff


* Talking with residents and getting to know them

Qualifications:


* Show a desire to learn and help other


* Be compassionate, hardworking, and empathetic


* Must be flexible, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.
