Product Specialist 2

Summary:

This role is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and providing technical support, training, and product expertise to customers and internal teams.

Essential Functions:



* Provides technical support as well as troubleshoots and resolves customer issues related to product usage and functionality.


* Develops and implements sales tools.

Participates in sales training and makes joint customer visits with sales engineers.


* Conducts market research and maintains competitive position analysis for the product line.


* Participates in trade show preparation and attends trade shows.


* Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure new and current product designs meet customer expectation.


* Liaison amount customers to provide technical product demos and presentations to highlight product capability.


* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

May consider experience in lieu of degree.


* 1+ year of technical service experience.


* Ability to learn new products and technologies.


* Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with customers and partners.
