We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Respiratory Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of exceptional care.

Job Summary: The Part-Time Respiratory Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing respiratory care for our residents.

This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal respiratory function and overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:


* Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop individualized care plans.


* Treatment Administration: Administer respiratory treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitoring: Monitor and document patients' respiratory status and progress, adjusting care plans as needed.


* Education: Educate residents and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.


* Collaboration: Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.


* Emergency Response: Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:


* Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.


* Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in the state of Ohio


* Experience: Previous experience in respiratory care or long-term care settings preferred.


* Skills: Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


* Certification: CPR certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Work Schedule:


* Part-Time, every other weekend and one weekday per week


* Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
