Rehab Therapist Assistant - Pre-Visit Planning - Speech

Work Schedule :

100 % FTE, 40 hours/week.

8 -hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM .

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

This position will be primarily remote with the expectation for individuals to work on site if needed.

We are seeking a Rehab Therapist Assistant to:


* Perform pre-visit planning (prep clinician documentation and bookmark relevant notes within the chart).


* Gather data from patients to aid in improving workflows.


* Review appointments to ensure patients are scheduled with the correct clinician for the correct diagnosis.


* Review clinician schedules and waitlists for openings to improve patient access to services.


* Provide support for additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed.

Education :

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience :

Preferred - Prior healthcare experience; One (1) year healthcare experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - CPR certification.
