Clinical Operations Assistant – Internal Medicine

Work Schedule :

90%, day shift.

Monday - Friday schedule, with hours to be determined between 6:30AM - 5:00PM.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:


* Assist in clinic operations by listening to sick calls, collaborate on staff schedules/time off/ float requests and payroll.


* Perform administrative tasks such as updating data reports, meeting minutes and managing calendars.


* Assist with departmental needs that include ordering supplies, resource for policies, and education tools.


* Collaborate with Manager on facility needs meetings, emails, ancillary services.

Education :

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum - One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function.

Previous experience in a health care setting
