The human nutrition division focuses on industry leading whey and milk protein isolates, concentrates, and hydrolysates.

The animal nutrition division is a leading supplier of functional fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. 

The Coating Operator is responsible for operating equipment in the production area in an efficient and productive manner.

Starting pay $18.00 an hour.

Day Shift 6am-6pm


* Operate and troubleshoot coating equipment to include: coating drum, seasoner, liquid coating applicator, conveyer system, coating dryer, and cooling tunnel.


* Communicate with prior shift operator to gain knowledge of the present state of the equipment and production run.


* Monitor and adjust coating pump speed as needed.


* Prepare for and conduct post-production run cleaning.


* Review shift paperwork, maintain proper documentation, and follow the set production schedules closely.


* Maintain a clean and organized area.


* Maintain daily sanitation schedule.


* Consistently monitor product quality and bring any issues to the attention of the supervisor overseeing the shift.
