This supply chain finance position with Innovative Medicine will be responsible for activities within the North America PIC COE.

The role's focus is to consolidate gross-to-net North America inventory for both actuals and forecast cycles.

This requires the analyst to build and maintain strong relationships within NA IMSC finance by providing accounting expertise and leadership.

The key to this role is to partner with local finance teams as well as work closely with IMSC affiliates, IMPO (Janssen Business Services/JBS), and IM Global Tax Planning ensuring that Supply Chain and Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) related financial processes are aligned across teams and follows Johnson and Johnson Worldwide Procedures (WWPs).

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the collection, consolidation, and storytelling of North America Net Inventory for MRC 1542 & 2162 for all actual and forecast cycles.


* Manage inbound freight for non-Deliver Sites (Source & Make) and Excise Tax.


* Generate monthly Run Cycle Count Reports for the US Distribution Center and Gurabo Plant.

Also, create Bin Status Reports (Inventory by Location) for the Puerto Rico Tax Team.

Collaborate with the DELIVER Team to document the monthly In-Bound Freight Expenses.


* Provide quarter close support by booking journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
