The Finance Technology Solutions (FTS) North America organization at Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst FTS NA to be part of the team located in New Brunswick, NJ.

The resource will report to Manager, Finance Technology Solutions NA.

The successful candidate should be passionate about innovative finance technology solutions and data analysis in addition to possessing a strong understanding of accounting/finance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Technology Organization in Continuous Improvement Demand and Prioritization and Governance process.

• Support system enhancements and project implementations with gap analysis, system tasks and mappings, end user training, documentation, and coordination between various teams as well as financial close support.

Partner with various functions including Finance, IT, Corporate Business Technology, Master Data, Corporate and Supply Chain to ensure adherence to global system standardization and best practices as well as overall business strategy.
