IS Sr Applications Manager - Sales and Digital Products
Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-oriented Sr.
Application Manager to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for collaborating closely with I/S and business leaders across Sales, Fleet Services, and Digital Products to ensure the delivery of impactful technology solutions that align with strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Strategic Business Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape technology requirements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with I/S teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
* Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating transparency, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Serve as a Sr.
Leader within the Business Engagement group to help define and support common processes and best practices for roles within this group.
* Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Sales, Fleet Services, and Digital Products business processes and tools.
* Business Alignment: Work closely with the business to support business request prioritization and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
* Project Management: Oversee software evaluations, communicate project timelines and progress, and work with I/S Product Owners to define and implement solutions.
* Resource / People Management: Manage product-focused resources for Sales and Digital Products, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Bachelor's degree in related discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience required
* This position will be onsite in Birmingham, AL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business partnership and technology delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Experience with the applications and solutions in this space: Altec Connect, Oracle EBS, Salesforce CRM etc.

* Remain highly adaptable
* All other duties as assigned.
* Good analytical, verbal and written skills required
* Proven project management skills
* Maintain company confidentiality
* Willingness to work outside standard business hours to resolves issues or complete special projects
* Must be willing to travel as needed to perform job duties up to 25%
