We now have a great opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our business.

Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the Aveeno Hand portfolio, alongside leading on total Aveeno adult skin care for Nordics & Ireland, reporting to the Aveeno adult Marketing Manager (NE).

What you will do

• Drive growth of the Aveeno adult portfolio in Northern Europe, with a primary focus on Nordics & Ireland and Hand (UK), delivering against P&L and share targets

• Support the Aveeno NE Marketing Manager in shaping the Nordic & Ireland Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the global Aveeno brand strategy including Had

• You will be responsible for driving excellence in execution for Aveeno Hand in the UK, and Nordics & Ireland total Aveeno adult (including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, influencer, perfect store, HCP engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers)

• Collaborate with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.

• Use analytical skills to support the Marketing Manager in shaping and sizing commercial and innovation opportunities

• Partner effectively with cross-functional project teams to deliver against the aligned OKRs.

Experience Required

• Experience working as a Brand Manager or an experienced Assistant Brand Manager in an FMCG environment

• Degree level educated or equivalent marketing experience in an FMCG environment with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation

• You will have experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media planning and deployment, data driven marketing and a good understanding of customer and retailer requirements

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including an understanding of the P&L.
