Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Email Platform

As an Email Platform Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the corporate sector, you will be a

technical design authority delivering Email products services and integrations to our workforce.

Working with other engineering & architecture groups across the wider technology organization you will deliver robust and secure Email platform, which can operate at scale.

Job responsibilities



* Deliver technology service, automation, and platform strategy, advancing the business and technology products, roadmaps and disciplines.


* Articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms.


* Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.


* Executes creative solutions for the design, development, and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate complexity


* contribute to development and implementation of technology, strategy, and policy to drive business value enabled by expert knowledge of enterprise technology architecture principles and software development practices and tools.


* leverage analytics, usage patterns and telemetry to understand, troubleshoot and resolve issues and build proactive measures to mitigate future issues.


* Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect ect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Formal training or certification on enterprise level deployments of Exchange 2013-2019 plus Exchange Online Hybrid deployments and 5+ years applied experience


* Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.


* Experience in M365 tenant migrations at an enterprise scale


* Experience in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.


* Have a track record of delivering automation for repetitive tasks.


* Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and managing identity in a hybrid environment.


* Detailed knowledge of Email Security and Hygiene.


* Experience in Technical writing of Engineering documentation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Skills such as scripting, automation, and SMTP (Linux, Send Mail, Postfix) are also desirable.
