Software Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage software development program from inception through deployment in production.

Lead agile/scrum teams; Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Architect technical design and solution.

Coding and writing tests (unit, integration and system test).

Coach and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.

Create project plans to manage scope, resources, deliverables, costs, issues and risks.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.

This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, information technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or Software Engineer, Associate Director, Java Lead, or related occupation.

Salary: $197,000 - $215,000 per year.
