2025 Asset Management Product Summer Analyst Program

J.P.Morgan Chase Asset Management team is looking for energetic, creative talent to join our Product- Summer Analyst Program.

The nine-week program kicks off with a week of induction, where you'll have training and orientation to our businesses and gain the technical and practical knowledge you'll need to start contributing to our teams.

Top performers may receive a full-time (for juniors) or returning summer internship (for sophomores) offer at the end of the summer.

We want your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients.

You'll have what you need to succeed - from training and mentorship from senior leaders to projects that engage your skills.

As a Summer Analyst in the Asset Wealth Management (AWM) Product team, you will join one of our investment products teams, where you'll work with senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support our client's needs.

These solutions will give you exposure to the various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds and private equity.

You'll collaborate with industry experts to develop investment solutions for our corporate, government, not-for-profit and individual clients worldwide.

You'll work with client portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, marketers and client advisors to analyze and execute investments strategies.

Help build our clients' futures while developing your own expertise in a dynamic team environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Attend college/university in the U.S.


* Driven and enjoy working in teams to develop complex solutions


* Expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree


* Excellent communication and presentation skills


* Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing


* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask


* Strong initiative, energy and confidence


* Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economics


* Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
