Job Description:

As a US Drawback Data Analyst, you will examine, process, and manage drawback claims to ensure compliance with US customs regulations.

You will analyze extensive data sets, identify eligible duties, taxes, and fees for refund, and generate detailed reports.

Responsible for working with IT on the ERP Data Extraction, Mapping and Solutioning data gaps.

Working in partnership with the Drawback provider to address and find solutions across workstreams and Supply Chain and Drive Recordkeeping automation.

Strong proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of US Customs regulations, and excellent attention to detail are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management tools and have a background in international trade or supply chain logistics.

Job Family Definition:

Responsible for data analytics, coordinating across key partners (IT, SC, Logistics) to support Drawback opportunities.

Partner with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to business and regulatory environment changes.

- Prior experience in data analysis and/or customs duty drawback processes.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex datasets.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
