Logistics & Customer Care Officer

Job Responsibilities:


* Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times


* Manage customers' and sales' order modification requests


* Handle customers' enquiries via phone, emails and chat


* Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer request and problems


* Register of all customer interactions in CRM system

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Diploma or above


* Call center or customer service experience is an advantage


* Good interpersonal and communication skills


* Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin


* Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment


* Knowledge of and experience in SAP and CRM (Salesforce) is an asset


* Immediate available will be an advantage
