Senior Compensation Analyst

This role is responsible for:

Design compensation and benefits solutions.

for Mexico & Central America

Total Rewards strategy execution

Benchmarks externally and designs framework for internal reward to keep us competitive in the market.

Partners with HRBP to deliver rewards policies that address business needs.

Communication

Vendor management

Partners with operations to ensure seamless execution of Incentives (STIP), Salary Review and Share plan (WESOP.)

Qualifications



* 4 - 6 years of experience on Compensation & Benefits


* Advanced English level


* Remarkable communication skills


* Previous experience in other HR areas is a plus

This role is intended to be located in Mexico City, Monterrey or Tijuana with a hybrid scheme (remote + on site).
