Responsibilities :

Responsible for managing Global HR Applications
2.

Analyze and Develop functional changes on the HR Applications
3.

Manage & Lead application upgrades
4.

Lead the Animation & Evolution of HR Applications
5.

Manage & Improve the HR Applications adoption
6.

Manage the RUN mode of HR Applications including query resolution
7.

Lead & Orchestrate the HR Application Network

Requirements and Skills :

1.

Bachelor's in Engineering
2.

Candidates with strong HR functional background is a must
3.

Prior experience of handling a global role in an MNC environment
4.

Functional configuration experience is a must
5.

Mindset of Agile, Curiosity & Innovation is a must
