PCBA Process Industrialization

Specialist in PCBA Assembly process :

Experience in SMT, THT, Manual assembly and Conformal coating process.

Good knowledge on IPC610 and IPC600 standards to effectively define and execute qualification of new product development and product support.

Ensure the manufacturing feasibility of the new product, the implementation and qualification of the manufacturing process in accordance with the principles of SPS (Schneider Performance System).

Select, validate, introduce and standardize new assembly technologies/processes.

Design and cost to ensure the feasibility of either a PCBA process or an automation process.

Utilize designs based on industrial and technological requirements to guarantee product / process performance meets customers and Schneider's specifications (quality / delivery / cost).

Review PCB Gerbers, DFM (Design for Board Assembly) on new product,

Drive PFMEA of the process, Design Line layout and Effective monitoring and implementation of Schneider standards.

Responsible to develop stencil, Pallets & Jigs as per product requirement.

Develops, validates, assesses suitability, reports, and implements KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) /Process Metrics on a facility level

Responsible to setup, review and analyse Temperature Profiling of both Reflow, Wave and CC oven.

Interact product designers for on time execution of both product pilot and mass production.

Evaluation and recommendation of improvements to the Manufacturing Process,

Familiar with 6 Sigma (DMAIC) methodology of problem solving.

Responsible for SMT pick and place & THT line activities/issues and investigate and resolve process issues to improve the product yield & quality,

Conducts changeover analysis, material handling analysis to improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Responsible for corrective and preventive action on Process issues.

Ability to apply basic Quality tools, DoE, PFMEA,8D Functional Analysis of the needs.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with Minimum 10 Years of experience in the relevant field.

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with Minimum 15 Years of experience in the relevant field.
