We are seeking a skilled IT & Telco Professional Services Sourcing Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, procurement, project management, contract governance, supplier management, experience in using various procurement/negotiation tools, and exposure to working with stakeholders across regions globally.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality for IT and Telco and Professional services and products.


* Lead procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, utilizing various procurement and negotiation tools.


* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.


* Establish and maintain robust contract governance frameworks to ensure compliance and performance tracking.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


* Collaborate with stakeholders across regions globally to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.


* Proven experience in IT -Telco & Professional Services sourcing and procurement, with proficiency in various procurement and negotiation tools.


* Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.


* In-depth understanding of contract governance and supplier management best practices.


* Experience working with stakeholders across regions globally.


* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience Required:

• 4-6 Years of sourcing/ contract management experience

• Experience in various contract management/ sourcing tools like Ariba/SAP/Oracle

• Experience in Data analysis/ Power point Presentation / Tableau .
