The Role: BFO Delegated Admin

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce Delegated Admin to support our country operations in the East Asia region.

This role will be responsible for managing user profiles, providing technical user support, and enhancing salesforce data to drive operational excellence.

What will you do?

Main Responsibilities

• Support East Asia region country operations through effective Salesforce administration

• Manage Salesforce user profiles and permissions to ensure smooth and secure operations

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical user support to address system-related issues and inquiries

• Conduct onboarding & annual user training for users

• Enhance opportunity, contact, and sales event data to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Provide support in report and dashboard creation and maintenance to enable data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

Position Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role with a focus on user management and support

• Strong technical acumen and ability to provide 1st and 2nd level technical user support

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce data management and reporting capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address user inquiries and system issues

• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration, user support, and data management

• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience in Salesforce administration

Location: Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
