Customer Project Manager

In the Zone Execution Center for Mexico, we manage projects for different business segments such Cloud&Services, Energy, Mining, Atomotive, etc.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and leading projects from initiation to completion.

This involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the project, such as scope, time, budget, and resources, ensuring that objectives are met and deliverables are on time, within budget and with special focus con customer experience.

Main activities:

• Close communication with customers

• Monitoring and control project budget and gross margin

• Risk Analysis

• Documentation in Internal Platforms

• General Project documentation

• Change Order following up

• Schedule monitoring

• Coordination of services on site

• Contract management

Qualifications

• English (advance)

• Microsoft Office (including MS Project)

• Knowledge in SAP (preferable)

• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering

• Leadership

• Problem resolution

• People coordination

• Effective communication

• Work under stress
