As an Industrial Project Leader (f/m/d) you will play a key role on an entrepreneurial minded team working to define and secure a strong position for Schneider Electric in the Industry.

You will have the opportunity to support & leverage the expertise of the team to develop and industrialize new offers for the Industrial Automation portfolio.

You will lead and guide industrialization activities on an Agile / Scrum team with a focus on delivering innovative new solutions.

You will be responsible for managing industrialization timelines, budgets, resources, product cost, as well as early contributions to make/buy/partner, business case development and project planning.

Your IMPACT:


* Lead industrialization activities in a cross-functional team with a focus on new product development


* Lead assigned project team of Industrial experts for Assembly / Testing / PCBA / Part&Tooling domains including Procurement and Quality members


* Support the definition of the long-term plans including best manufacturing and supply chain scenarios to support Business objectives


* Coordinate across Agile teams to prioritize work, manage dependencies and remove impediments


* Help teams improve collaboration reflecting on past work, identifying new ways of working and overcoming communication barriers


* Leverage on Customer Feedbacks and System Demos to continuously improve internal processes & delivery outcomes


* Work with internal Schneider Electric stakeholders such as manufacturing plants, virtual factories, GSC transversal teams, country offer management and other Schneider divisions during the development & industrialization processes


* Organize and manage manufacturing prototype and pilot runs


* Accountable for Project Deliverables related to Quality, Cost and Time to Market
