The Digital Organization within Molex is seeking Data Science, Computer Science and IT interns to join our team(s) this upcoming Summer 2025 in Lisle, IL.

Koch Industries has been consistently selected as one of the top 100 Internship Programs in the U.S by WayUp.

The internship opportunity will be a 12-week program running from late May to mid-August 2025.

What You Will Do

Successful candidates may be placed in one of the following (but not limited to) areas of concentration:

Process Improvement Analyst Intern


* Review support processes for our enterprise applications and for our manufacturing sites, using ServiceNow.

(ITSM that Martin is responsible for, supporting metrics, KPIs, dashboards)


* Identify opportunities for improvements and automation opportunities


* Collaborate with global teams to implement solutions.


* Build dashboards to visualize metrics

Data Integration Engineer Intern


* Curate and manage factory system data loading, data quality, and scripting automation.


* Support GOC to creating and maintain data reports, dashboards, and data analytics.


* Part of broader GOC efforts: digital plant maturity, advanced analytics, factory intelligence, MOS

Engineering Application (Product) Owner Intern


* Assist in the design, development and maintenance of engineering software applications.


* Collaborate with senior engineers and IT staff to enhance system performance and reliability.


* Participate in project meetings and contribute to project documentation.


* Contribute to Application Portfolio Management, DevOps, and Disaster Recovery initiatives.


* Engage in learning opportunities and community involvement as part of our immersive internship program.

Application Developer Intern


* Collaborate with the Digital Development team to implement a cutting-edge UI running on a framework running with the latest modern application architecture best practices.


* Working with Product Development to develop applications in short development sprint cycles that will be consider quick wins for the business.

Digital Automation Engineer Intern


* Assist in the design, development and implementation of automated solutions for digital processes and workflows in manufacturing (Smart Factory...
