Job description

Within the sales & service solution, Korn Ferry Digital offers Korn Ferry Sell, a market leading CRM-embedded application that leverages sales methodology to support clients with real-time training and coaching with their sales opportunities.

Much of Korn Ferry Digital growth is driven by continued adoption, renewal, and expansion of KF Sell along with complementary coaching & talent offerings to support the effectiveness of the clients' commercial teams.

OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER - It's about exceeding your potential.

As a Solution Success Architect (SSA), Sales & Service, NA, your primary focus is to support new business opportunities with deep domain expertise and commercial guidance on our most complex and important pursuits.

You will do this across large engagements in the Marquee, Regional, and SMB customer segments.

You will have proven experience in enterprise solutions, engagement sales support, delivery management and have the ability to understand or learn the breadth of what Korn Ferry can offer a client across the full enterprise.

You will be able to work with a team of experts across Korn Ferry Digital and all Korn Ferry channels, coaching the right team of experts to position and sell the KF Sell Platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Partner with sales team through active solutioning, client-facing technical demonstrations, technical discussions, integration roadmapping, and value positioning
