The Partner Solution Architect ('PSA") role exists to provide focus and solution design support for integration of Korn IP and applications into partner solutions and platforms thereby helping organizations optimize their investment in Korn Ferry applications and partner platforms.

The Partner Solution Architect is an expert in all aspects of Korn Ferry's Digital offerings and supporting services and works to ensure client needs are reflected in proposed solutions with partner platforms.

As a Partner Solution Architect, you will play a visible role in ideation and formal design of integration and packaged solutions ensuring that the firms IP and applications are positioned and optimized to align with complex needs expressed by clients and prospects.

PSAs will work collaboratively with eternal partner teams, internally with product management, product development and delivery to ensure the completeness of any intended integration and/or packaged solution.

The Partner Solution Architect will work in a matrixed environment and report directly to the Solution General Manager - Organization Strategy.
