We are seeking a skilled Product Manager who will help execute our vision for Talent and product analytics for our Assessment and Succession solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, conducting market research, and gather customer feedback to drive our innovative Assessment and Succession solutions and analytics capabilities.

You will also be involved in researching customer problems, validating product ideas, prioritizing features, writing user stories, testing prototypes, launching products, and measuring outcomes.

You will be the voice of the customer and the champion of the product within the organization.

You will partner with commercial teams, solution consultants, external vendors, product managers, data science, data engineers, architects, and engineers to contribute to the overall success of the team's roadmap and initiatives.

This position reports to the Vice President, Product Management.
