The Associate Client Partner, Data and People Analytics position is a member of a consulting team employed to help clients utilize talent management strategies as one lever for delivering on business performance.

The individual in this role will work directly with clients and KF client teams to shape and deliver analytics strategies that will inform talent management strategies.

In addition, they will serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders and also play an active role in upskilling our community in the use of talent analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Scoping and solution architecting: Work directly with clients to understand their key business and talent challenges and needs.

Scope and architect talent analytics strategies that will answer key questions and direct clients in a direction that will aid in problem solving.


* Deliver people analytics results to clients and collaborate on next steps, proposing solutions that will help clients fill the gaps identified in the data.


* Embed analytics by design thinking in Korn Ferry's Assessment & Succession and Leadership & Professional Development (A&S/L&PD) client solutions function, working in partnership with in-house Korn Ferry Institute, (research, IP & I/O psychology analytics) as well as external partners and educational institutions like Drucker Institute, Telemetry, and more.


* Play an active role in creating and presenting analytics capability programs to upskill Korn Ferry consultants on new and existing analytics products and services.


* Role model Korn Ferry's leadership behaviors & values acting as trusted advisor and thought leader for clients and internal partners.


* Serve as the voice of the customer - driving continuous improvement and innovation in the firm.


* Act as an ambassador for Korn Ferry Analytics with a clear understanding and articulation of the power and impact Korn Ferry analytics services and products can have on existing and new clients (e.g., RFP).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
