Regional Security Manager - North Texas

Job Summary

The Global Security (GS) Team provides security protection, investigation, resiliency and crisis management services in support of JPMorganChase, its employees, customers, assets, and facilities throughout the world.

This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, oversee Security Guard strategies , alarm response, branch and corporate building security, customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety.

As a Regional Security Manager in the West Region, you will lead the planning and execution of security programs at JPMorgan Chase corporate facilities in North Texas .

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement enhanced security protocols, procedures, and policies to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.

In addition, you will serve as the Global Security liaison to the LOB site leadership teams within the region.

Your role will involve travel with occasional overnight stay, providing you with the opportunity to promote programs that will achieve both the business and security program objectives.

Job Responsibilitie s



* Manage a professional staff of Site Security Specialists and Area Security Managers across the Region.


* Respond to incidents and coordinate staff follow up, including necessary investigation and risk mitigation, in partnership with LOB business management, corporate partners, and various law enforcement entities .


* Develop and maintain relationships and lines of communication with law enforcement agencies, key LOB partners and management, participate in key management meetings to maintain visibility and open lines of communication, and coordinate plans to mitigate known civil disturbances, protests, etc.

* Oversee guard force strategy and deployments in assigned facilities.

Evaluate and track key vendor metrics and financial specifics .


* Perform periodic security review and risk assessment at assigned facilities and conduct periodic security and personal safety training.


* Support security infrastructure projects at assigned properties.


* Be available for after-hours response to emergency incidents.


* Travel on occasion to assist with corporate events security and executive protection support as needed.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* College degree from a 4-year accredited university and 10+ years of security management experience with corporate security local/state/federal law enforcement, or military.


* Hands on experience in performing risk analysis, identifying vulnerabilities, conducting threat modelling, and performing security reviews
