Transactions Specialist IV - Retirement Services Quality Control Team

Join Chase, on our Quality Control team as our next Transactions Specialist IV within the Retirement Services Operations Department.

As a Transactions Specialist IV on our Quality Control team your primary responsibility is to complete secondary reviews on transactions to prevent negative customer impact.

Whether it is a letter being sent to a client or a distribution that is needing to be processed, your role in the Quality Control team is a crucial part of the overall client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities


* Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment


* Review documentation for accuracy, including legal documents and state-specific forms, for distribution in a timely manner


* Communicate effectively with peers, management, and across lines of business

* Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while staying engaged with our customers


* Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 2 years' experience working in a Data Entry/Operations environment accurately completing client requests with urgency to meet deadlines


* Experience responding to client requests in a metrics-driven environment


* Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel); Windows operating systems; databases; instant-messaging tools; online video conferencing


* Experience reviewing legal documents and familiarity with Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) Accounts

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
