As our IT Engineering Supervisor, you will:

Work with your team to support SPP’s Engineering applications.

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your IT team members.

This involves providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to help them develop their skills and careers.

You will collaborate with other members of the IT management staff as well as your Business Partner to develop processes and plans that align with SPP's overall strategic initiatives.

This likely involves aligning IT efforts with the organization's broader goals and objectives.

Being customer-focused is essential, as you will likely be working closely with different business groups and end-users.

Providing excellent customer service and support is critical.

You'll need to engage with various stakeholders, both within the IT department and from other parts of the business.

This involves understanding their needs and ensuring that IT solutions and services are meeting those needs in a timely and effective manner.

To be successful as the IT Engineering Supervisor, we're looking for:  


* Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology-related field, or equivalent job-related experience


* Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology, Customer Service, Accounting or Financial Management or a related field
