System Administrator
We are seeking a System Administrator for the Sustainable Home Systems & Process Support Department.
The System Administrator will review, design, and build new systematic business processes to create efficient automations within Salesforce.
They will create and manage users and their onboarding and training in addition to building out functionality, adhering to Agile and Scrum practices.
The System Administrator will also be responsible for building integrations with internal and external API-enabled applications.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred, along with knowledge about integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems.

Highlights:
* Maintain technical solutions and continuously enhance systems utilized by internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on automation
* Create and maintain system user licenses to include new user setup & deactivation, assigning roles, profiles, permissions, record sharing rules, and maintaining organizational wide default visibility rules
* Manage data imports into the system and data exports from the system to improve data collection and analytics for the SHL Division shareholders
* Monitor user login metadata to ensure system security
* Perform system problem solving and system fixes when they arise, prioritizing in the following order: critical, high, medium, and low defects, in conjunction with completing prioritized work
* Commit to continuous training to maintain subject-matter expertise in the SHL Division technology and staying abreast of changing technical environments
Experience:
Required
* 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
* Experience in performing complex upgrades and successful API and cross-platform integrations with legacy systems and other API-enabled applications and middleware tools
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce infrastructure including Flows, custom objects, page layouts, integrations, and performance metrics
* Expert problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
* Experience with Agile Principles and Frameworks, specifically Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Education:
Required
* Bachelor's degree
Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Licenses & Certifications:

* Salesforce Administrator Certification
