Summary - basic function of the role

Director, Indirect Material and Services

Reporting directly to the VP of Procurement, this role will be charged with leading the Indirect Sourcing team to support operations and several functional areas.

Primary responsibility includes leading a team of category managers to develop strategies which will drive incremental value for the enterprise by leveraging our operational spend such as MRO and Energy along with functional professional services spend related to HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, Finance and T&E.

In addition, this position is also responsible for the o ptimization of indirect spend processes and establishes governance and compliance for indirect procurement activities.

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Menomonee Falls until Move in March 2025)

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8 - 4:30 pm or 8:30 - 5:00 pm; flexible
