Heartland, one of NHC's Senior Communities, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join the rehab team on a PRN basis Experienced therapists, flexible scheduling, and excellent pay rates make this a great opportunity for a PT interested in a challenging and rewarding position.

Qualifications:


* Must be available on weekends


* Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude.


* Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy.


* Must have Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license.


* Prior SNF experience a plus.
