* BS in Engineering from an accredited institution


* At least 2 years experience developing, improving, or productionizing chemical processes in an industrial setting


* Demonstrates considerable ingenuity and creativity while recognizing prudent risk


* Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment with good organizational skills


* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States, verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire, visa sponsorship is not available for this position


* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications


* BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is highly desired


* MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry


* 3-5 years related experience in chemical process management or chemical process engineering in a production environment


* Knowledge of leaching, etching, or stripping of oxide ceramic materials and coatings


* Knowledge of MS Office, JMatPro, Minitab, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment and have good organization skills


* Working knowledge of statistical analysis and SPC
